They should work to get money! Life is tough, but homeless here are mostly homeless because they are drunks and don't want to work at all!!! So no freebies. Unless it would give some tax deduction to me :o

actually, all of you who "spend" their money so you don't have to work, it's better to invset them in to some good stable trade stocks. your monthly income for doing nothing would be godly
