Experience tells me that the press doesn't have to be right always, as a matter of fact I'm pretty sure there are people who liked Postal, you can't be sure until you try it yourself.

I liked the first one. And I completed the game :D

Second one was ... bad ... I never liked the sequel

Can't you see the flaw in your logic. If those people who liked Postal listened to the press, they would never play the game that they found entertaining and which they liked.

People with poor taste don't factor into this.

You can't say "people with poor taste", since for someone other your own taste might appear poor, too. Better say "people with different taste than mine".
Don't forget than everyone has a different taste and doesn't have to agree on the taste of someone other, so saying that someone got a "poor taste" is a pretty constricted view on things.

No, I'm pretty sure liking this game is sucky taste.
