WOW!! I had totally forgotten about this game. It was wicked!! I'm definitely gonna fire it up and relive some memories.

Its games like this that make me glad I ever found this site. Great work guys!!! Keep them coming.

Oh this brings back memories..

I agree with MV75's comment on the ram spikes.. i used to get these and a good engine, and just hang back at the start. Then hump all adversaries to death!

Hmm. What did you do exactly?

The Wolf 22-11-2006 01:25 PM

Barfed up the download apparently, since I re-downloaded it install.bat "worked" fine. :P

what are the keys for the other weapons?
i use the space for machine gun but not sure how to use the other weapons.

The Fifth Horseman 22-12-2006 01:59 PM

You change between weapons using the number keys. Space always is the fire key.

Excellent! 29-06-2007 10:15 PM

Excellent oldschool game!

There was a motorbike one too... forget what it was, just racing, but around the same timeperiod, just as much fun.

Of course, by the time I was using these games, I had already been playing games since... well, since pong.

This is a lot of fun, a worthwhile find!

If you want one from the same era that's side view fighting, Mondo's Fight Palace (Tongue of the Fatman).

There are so many good games from that era, (I wish I could find "Warmonger" or "Warlords")... that it's hard to choose just one!

Deathtrack certainly takes the cake, and it would be awsome if they remade it for what we have available today! There's a market for racing games, and this one could build on it's own idea, and daaaaaamn!

Rambling. Just stop reading what I'm typing, and PLAY IT!

Got some problems with the game... mmmm I'm Using CPUKiller 3 but still runs too fast... or too slow... wich % is recomended??
Also... I can't remember te controls... just the weapons... but how to accel brake and all of that... mmm a little "How to play" will be great!! Cheers!!

The Fifth Horseman 05-07-2007 11:14 AM

The speed percentage would be based on your machine's speed.
I suggest you use DOSBox instead - that will get the game running with full sound and music, without any worries about crashing.
