I played both of the games when they were first posted on www.gamehippo.com

Since then Yahtzee has released an unfinished project named P12, go to the fullyramblomatic fourms for the link.

Yahtzee has announced that he is currently makeing a non-horror game involveing Trilby although he also said he has recently started a few projects and not finished them.

As for the which game is better debate.....
5 Days A Stranger is better in my opinion but only because of the time that its set in...

Hey guys, I'm playing through 5 days a stranger..and I have made that detection device with the Teddy bear..but I cant figure out how to use it..

I had to read the walkthrough..just for that part but it just says to look at it..but when I do it doesnt work..

Any pointers?

Im trying to find the dead body int he basement..I already dug the hole in the wall (without using the detector..just got lucky)

First of all dip it in the salt if you haven't already. Then go to the bed where you found the teddy and use the detector on the bed. Then he will say "that should do it", and after that you just have to keep looking at it and it will tell you where to go.


BTW P12 wasn't that great. You can tell he didn't finish it since it is really easy to get people to like you. I tried getting them to hate me but I don't think it's possible.

Heh thanks for the reply..right after I posted I figured it out..hehe..reread the book and noticed I missed the salt palt.

Just finished the game..pretty awesome..one of the best (even considering its just a AGS made game and short) adventures Ive played. Going on the the sequel now =D

In the walkthrough is mentioned a cutscene that appears only if you play (finish?) the game on a certain date that is "close to the heart" of the creator... has anyone idea of what that date might be?

Yeah its his birthday... I can't remember which day that is, cos I never bothered to do that easter egg. I'll just find out...

Ok to get the secret scene, you need to finish the game with your computer clock set to May 24th.
