OK, I like Metallica a lot and I have St. Anger and I do listen to it and like not that bad.

I would hope that it was fun, i doubt they would put out anything new if it wasnt enjoyable for them to do so - they already have the fame and fortune.

I own the dvd of Metallica making the St. Anger album, its pretty lame. Makes them look like a bunch of pansies, actually. So even from another perspective, the word 'fun' suits them entirely.

But how did they feel when they made the black album (the name is actually Metallica) or Garage Inc? I mean music as a result from your feelings.
St. Anger -> fun
Garage Inc. -> ??? anger?!? or hatred?

I was just wondering when there was an interview with Kirk Hammet and James Hetfield and they were talking about St. Anger and Robert Tujillo(?) and they talked about that.

They may have said they had "Fun" with making the album, but sales don't lie and pretty much everywhere in the metal community it's considered one of their worst, the production is horrible on it, lousy Bob Rock. :not_ok:
