wendymaree | For the Kyrandia games you have to make sure you've got plenty of conventional dos memory. You need to set up your config sig and auto-exe bat so that everything is loaded high so that plenty of that dos memory remains. If you can temporarily remove any of the resident programs that might be using this memory that will help too. I'm not sure if this applies to Kyrandia 3 as well, but when I set up the config sig for Kryandia 1, I had to put NOEMS after the emm386.exe entry. Well, this applies to my system which is WIN98. I'm not sure if it is relevant for XP as well. |

You are running XP on a 400 mhz machine????? :blink: I wonder how you manage to make DOSBox work at all. Must be really slow. |

Using dos box,win xp and i have computer AMD-K6 3D+processor, 399 mhertz and 224 mb ram, free space on machine is 6,19 gb, dont know if it can give you any information, but that's it,and I open the game from main.exe |

I'm trying to play Kyrandia 3, but it says "insufficient EMS or XMS memory available, 2.5 mb of EMS or XMS are required to run ", anyone has a solution to this I really,really want to play this game. |
