The Fifth Horseman Disputable. That is a static FAQ page, and the support does not appear to extend to releasing any patches for the game's known issues with newer Windows versions.

The Fifth Horseman No longer on their store. According to their FAQ,

A - Sadly, both Lifestream and Shady Brook are out of stock at this time. Currently, I have no plans to order more of either game, as neither works on Windows Vista or 7.
