Run dosbox and input: mount c "C:/Users/Sam/Desktop/Games" c: cd 50mc2 and then it will be trial and error, you must launch the basic interpreter with the game's BAS file loaded, will be something as: basic fmcpc or basic fmcpc /f:3/c:0 Or maybe simply input autoexec *If you're lucky someone was so kind to put the needed params in there* |

Arf arf, let's try this again, shall we? [Echo mode] [/Echo mode] I'm not interested where you downed the game, not at all, I have the game, remember? What I ask from you is: What files do you have? Detailed, and with extensions. Yes? Yes? |

Squeeg | I have the basic download from MyAbandonware, I didn't change anything. I also didn't change anything in DOSbox at all. The folder it's in is C:/Users/Sam/Desktop/Games/50MC2

What files do you have? Detailed, and with extensions. There are too much versions and 'adapted versions' of that game -(after all it's a BASIC coded game, anyone with some minimal basic coding knowledge can code that thing .....)- to begin to guess what you have there. But if you want to know mine: I run dosbox and input: cd 50m runit.bat I doubt that will help you ..... so once again: details must come from YOU. |

Squeeg | Yes, I did indeed leave out the game params. What are they, exactly?

No need to set dosbox to tandy mode, it's a BASIC coded game, runs fine in dosbox's default config. click -> ![]() You obviously screwed up somewhere, but without any details from you I can't even guess where. I think your launch params are wrong, you probably launched 'basic.exe' without the needed game load params ?????? |
