Stinkin_Cheeze | Hmm--yea I could try installing an older version. Even when I try opening the help file that comes with the game, I get a message from Microsoft that they no longer distribute WinHlp32.exe for help files because it was outdated, I'll try your suggestions. So thank you all | |

DOSBox is for DOS games. You can set up Windows 3.x on it for some older Windows games. For Windows games, first try running them on XP without additional changes. If there are problems, then you can try with compatibility modes. If that fails, use MS Virtual PC set up with Windows 95 or 98 (your choice). |

I'd suggest you'd take a look at: Games for older Windows versions Cause your question is more a troubleshooting question then a technical question. |

This game won't work on Windows Vista Home Premium Dosbox runs other games fine on my computer. Right now I'm trying to play one of my old games on it, but when I try to execute this game it still says "this program requires Microsoft Windows" Played it on Windows 95, I'm not sure what the problem is. If I need to add more info...I suspect I do, heheh, let me know :/ grrr....stab |
