Luchsen Use Forum Jump bottom right of any forum to get to the User Control Panel, where you can change your signature.

http://www.imageshack.us/
http://photobucket.com/
And a zillion others, or hit 'manage attachments' that you can find at the bottom and upload it ( if it's within size/format limits ....).

And this post is made using the 'multi quote' option.

You highlight the posts you want to multiquote and then hit the reply button.

That's the 'multiquote' button:
It highlights red on the selected posts.
Click on it to select that post, click again on it if you want to unselect that post.
