Well, there's a lot less than I had thought there would be, but here's all that I found that could be submitted: -Type 0 Negative's "Love You to Death" music video -In-game cinemas -Two Windows themes -Blood credits cinema ...Yeah, I was expecting a lot more too. Any of the four above I should submit? |

I cannot thank you enough The Coop! Even though I can't tell the difference at the moment, it says that the parental lock is turned off. And as if that weren't enough, now I've got all the patches! I suppose it's time for me to keep my word...now, to find out how to submit things to Abandonia... |

I tried all the links on that page, Chojin. Unfortunately, they all gave me a "425 Can't open data connection" error. However, last night, I finally found something... http://archive.dukertcm.com/knowledg.../blood-patchs/ Right there are all the same patches, and each of the downloads worked when I tested them (grabbed the stuff for myself when I find a copy of Blood some day). I would have posted this when I first found it, but I got kicked by my ISP and couldn't log back on. Anyway, hope this helps. |

maybe i can help you. look at this: http://www.lith.com/popup.asp?id=blood Then scroll down to: Patch for Bloodless (censored) Blood 1.0 If you have a Bloodless (censored) copy of Blood Registered 1.0, please download this small patch to put all the Blood back in your game. Important Note: Once you have updated your Bloodless (censored) version of Blood to be the full blood filled version, also download the Blood Registered 1.11 patch (link above) to stay current. |

Now you know why I rarely trust anything with "Special Edition" on it (got stung by the SE version of Deus Ex). I've done some digging around, but the only mention I can even find of the toned down version, is on the Wikipedia entry for Blood. I came across a few small forums dedicated to the game, but nothing was mentioned about fixing the Special Edition. However, it sounds like a parental lock setting. I've read about some regions where various PC games that came with a Parental Lock feature (like Duke Nukem 3D) had that lock permanently engaged by default. Perhaps that's what was done with your version of Blood. I know Duke Nukem 3D eventually got a patch to undo that permanent Parental Lock, so maybe Blood got the same treatment somewhere. |

BLOOD patch needed I just bought Blood from Ebay (last copy) sealed inside it's gorgeously huge 'ol box that games used to come packaged in, and to my surprise I see "Special Edition: violent content removed". Censorship? In my DOSBox? I haven't even opened it yet because I'm afraid that if I do then I won't be able to return it...have any of you seen a patch for it that negates this Jack Thompson-like atrocity? In return for your help, I'll submit any extras (wallpapers, CD audio) on the CD to Abandonia...just please help me! |
