Depends what you want to use the music for! If you want to make a techno remix of it and make a record of it to sell it to all the clubs you probably should have the written agreements from the copyright owner...

The music from part 2 is very funny and have a extreme oldschool touch.
But where i can see if a game have copyright about the music???

It might be worth us checking out which games are under Creative Commons licenses, for use of their music etc.

Although this might be more relevant for Re-loaded.
