I remember playing the game as a kid, as well. Don't know what became of it, probably sold at a rummage sale. In any case, aside from Stoker's evocative descriptions playing off the imagination, the fact that things can go down hill so fast likely contributed terror it made you feel. This being back when combat in games was generally an activity to be avoided, unless absolutely necessary. In any case, I was wondering, does anyone know/remember the character goals? Dr. Seward is actually my weak link. I kept getting 70 for him do to my inability to keep Renfield alive (despite the best efforts of Mina and Dr. John Seward trying to talk him down), and now that I have prevented his demise that only brings Seward's score to 90. That elusive 10 points is starting to bother me. |

Scary I remember playing this when I was like 7 or 8 years old and being scared to death of it. This was back when playing games relied on imagination and mine would take off and run with the guidance this game provided. hahaha |

The game is fun and it has great "feeling", but it's...too easy. I can finish the game with no big problems and everyone lives happily ever after. |

This was a very addicting game to me when I was younger and intrigued by the pure power of classic DOS games. I loved the theme, the simplicity, and the versatility of the weapons able to be equipped by each unique character. I still get chills every time a spider suddenly appears from the ceiling! Ah, it really takes me back...the good ole days... Cameron Corte |

LaFey | There is also a Windows (3.1) version of this very game. Could you perhaps add it too?

Guest | Could also be "brides of dracula", in which you could choose between playing Dracula or Van Helsing.

I remember an old game on my Amiga where you were the vampire. It was more of an arcade type of game. Does anyone else remember this? Sorry if I am too off topic. |

Guest | Blasted, I was hoping you are a vampire, not vampire hunter.
