To be exact: When you submit your review to Abandonia, you effectively give Abandonia a semi-permament permission to use it at no cost. Therefore, if you change your mind and demand your review to be taken down, it's only up to Kosta's good will. You still retain your copyrights to the review content itself, however, and are free to use it anywhere you please. |

Hey y'all How is it when it comes to reviews and screenshots, how is the copyright status? If I write a review and take screenshots, and they're put on the site, is it: My work that is hosted on AB, for other people's pleasure, but I have full controll over (can change if I want, even have removed) or Kosta's property, which he can do whatever he pleases with? If it's the latter opinion, shouldn't reviewers be informed of that? |
