Yup, it's a member-only feature. Otherwise we'd get a lot of spam and ads there. As for the showing for guests, it's quite a good idea, since - just as Kosta said - it promotes registering. |

I usually do not directly login using my username when I visit Abandonia forum. I have this habit of clearing the cache/history/other private data off my browser when I finish browing the net, so when I visit Abandonia forum I will be visiting as a guest. So, while browsing the forum as a guest, I see this subforum Community Reviews (http://www.abandonia.com/forum/index.php?showforum=34). But when I click on any topic under this subforum, I wil receive this board message "Sorry, but you do not have permission to use this feature. If you are not logged in, you may do so using the form below if available." My question is that if this subforum is meant for members only, why is it showed to guest? Just wondering. |
