the game i played the most in my oppinion is the best game i ve ever played  we spent hours and hours playing hot seat many campaigns.. it was epic but at last some bugs appeared and then it became less interesting, like the bug of the double wall.. or the difficulty to defend islands  still those bugs could be fixed, the game enhanced ... a new version might be awesome! why not? |

| MetalKid | I remember playing this game a long time ago. It was great fun at the time. I got impatient, so I abused the save system in order to beat the last guy at level 17. The easiest way to win is to send all your various heroes on quests and save and reload until they don't die. However, the one item you want the most, I think, is for the warrior. You want the Sword of Slaying. This will allow you to kill any enemy in two hits. Doesn't matter if they are elite or not. Doesn't matter if they are heroes or not. You should always fight in battles because the simulator gives you more loses than you should have. | |

I gave this game a try. Never played it before - I guess it was one of those that slipped my attention back in 90ies  After a couple of hours I just gave up - not interesting enough. I have no one to play it with in multiplayer mode and single player just didn't click for me. |

Excelent Strategy Game  One of my favorite games of the type. When I first played this I spent months getting my mage up to lvl 35 to challenge the last NPC.

Just a quick update, Everything works, except the sound. and if I recall the music used to drive me crazy anyway ! For an old, none tecky your instructions were easy to follow. the c-code was Jim Ward. took my level1 to level 7 in the first campaign. still building, and creating heros in the 2nd campaign, no battles yet, but our lands are touching now. I am still in defense mode, till my 50 or so heros are all atleast 5+'s. I like to have an equall army backing me up when I invade, just incase they are invading me too. I remember just switching lands sometimes when I was first learning the game, and you both find yourself cutoff and surrounded. It's great to have fun with this game again. P.S "ShadowElf" had 2 good poker tournaments on Superbowl Sunday...I placed 76th in a field of 4000 /and 2hrs. later placed 144th of 3000. |

Just DOSBox will be sufficient - make sure to read the readme, some things are different from actual DOS. If you have any problems, check the step-by-step guides in Troubleshooting forum's Tutorials subsection. |

This game also had a carry over affect on me when I started playing online poker a little over a year ago.  My site names are things like ELF-M, Elite Elf, Shadow ELF, and a few variations depending on if you could use spaces or hyphens in your name selection.
